Free Shipping

All of our products include free shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 United States.  Any in stock product ships out within 2 business days. If there are any delays or if anything is on back order we will notify you by email or phone. Note: we do NOT charge your card until your order is ready to ship out.

If you need it shipped anywhere else (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, etc) and need a shipping quote, please call us at (877) 575-0070 or email us at info @ deskriser.com.  

30-Day Guarantee

  • Try it for 30 days, risk-free.
  • If you don't like it for any reason, just give us a call or send us an email and we will arrive to have it picked up, free of charge within the lower 48 states.
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number. We can provide you with a return shipping label; however, the return shipping fees are your responsibility.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
  • We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Some items do have restocking fees. Please see the FAQs on any specific product page if there are restocking fees. Any questions - please call us at (877) 575-0070.

2-Year Warranty

Our simple warranty covers the mechanics of all of our products for 2 year from the time you purchase it.  If for any reason it stops working, we will replace it for you immediately.  If you don't have the original box it arrived in, no worries.  We will send you a new box and take care of it from there.

International Orders

We ship our products out from California and Colorado.  For any orders going outside of the United States, please contact us at (877) 575-0070 or email us at info @ deskriser.com to get a shipping quote.  Please note that you will be responsible for customs fees and taxes that might apply.  We always recommend contacting a freight broker to understand those costs.
